摘要 镁合金作为骨折内固定材料具有诸多优势,但耐蚀性差阻碍了其发展,表面处理可以显著提高镁合金的耐蚀性,本文综述了医用镁合金阳极氧化,微弧氧化,电沉积、碱热处理和激光熔覆等表面改性的研究现状,提出了医用镁合金表面处理的发展趋势,为表面处理的研究开发提供参考。 The magnesium alloy has many advantages as internal fixation materials of fracture,however,corrosion resistance hindered the development.Surface treatment can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys.This paper reviewed the present research situation of medical magnesium alloy anode oxidation, micro-arc oxidation, electroplating, alkali heat treatment and surface modification of laser cladding, proposed the development trend of medical magnesium alloy surface treatment.
