摘要
铁路货物班列是铁路货运系统的高端产品。目前,铁路货物班列产品谱系化程度弱,产品设计与市场需求存在偏差,市场竞争力不强。在分析班列产品货源需求特征和班列产品层次属性的基础上,提出货物班列产品设计原则和设计流程,给出货物班列产品谱系结构。根据铁路货物班列产品的不同特性,从运输效率、车辆装备、服务区域、运输组织、联运方式、货物品类、经营管理和服务功能等维度设计货物班列产品谱系,为有效提升货物班列产品运营质量、推动货物班列高质量发展提供技术支撑。
Railway freight block train is a high-end product of railway freight system.However,at present,there are still many deficiencies in railway freight block trains,such as poor product portfolio,mismatching between product design and market demand,weak market competitiveness,etc.Based on the analysis of the demand characteristics and the hierarchical attributes of freight block train products,this paper puts forward the design principles and design process,and gives the portfolio structure of freight block train products.Then,according to the different characteristics of railway freight block train products,the product portfolio is designed from several dimensions,such as transportation efficiency,rolling stock,service area,transportation organization,intermodal modes,cargo category,business management and service function,which provides technical support for effectively improving the operation quality of freight block train products and promoting the high-quality development of freight block train.
