摘要
在阐述铁路区际运输需求、主要干线通道路网结构及变化的基础上,对现有区际干线通道技术标准不匹配、主要枢纽点线能力不协调、干线通道能力已经基本饱和等问题进行分析和研究,围绕打造区际大通道的任务目标,根据形成区际大通道的必要条件,研究提出打造铁路区际大通道的具体方案,即用足7条新投产通道及与高速铁路平行通道新增运力、精心构建8条未来区际大通道,最后提出配套措施建议。
Based on expounding the demand of railway inter-regional transportation and network structure and changes of main trunk corridors, this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in mismatched technical standards of existing inter-regional trunk corridors, less coordinated station-line capacity in major hubs and the capacity of trunk corridors closing to saturation. Around the task object of creating inter-regional large corridor, according to the necessary conditions of shaping the corridor, the paper puts forward the detail programs on constructing the corridor, which means fully using 7 newly-constructed corridors and the released transport capacity from the corridors parallel with high-speed railway, and constructing 8 inter-regional large corridors in the future. In the end, the paper puts forward suggestions on supporting measures.
