摘要
高校传统的以工具理性为取向、技术应用为核心,以单一主体的线性管理为基础的知识管理,已无法适应管理任务和环境的复杂性要求。新时代加快高校管理改革和创新,要以治理理念为价值指引,健全和完善治理体系,优化互动合作网络,创新高校治理的运行机制,强化知识管理的保障体系,努力实现从知识管理向知识治理的跃迁,为提升高校治理的整体效能,创建高水平一流大学提供坚实的治理保障。
The traditional knowledge management in colleges and universities,which is oriented by instrumental rationality,centered by technology application and based on the linear management of a single subject,has been unable to adapt to the complex requirements of management tasks and environment.To speed up the reform and innovation of university management in the new era,we should take the governance concept as the value guide,improve the governance system,optimize the interactive cooperation network,innovate the operation mechanism of university governance,strengthen the guarantee system of knowledge management and strive to achieve the transition from knowledge management to knowledge governance,so as to provide a solid governance guarantee for improving the overall efficiency of university governance and creating a high-level first-class university.
