摘要
在对项目团队知识共享水平评价方法广泛研究的基础上,针对其复杂性和局限性,建立项目团队知识共享水平评价的模糊层次分析模型。该模型在建立评价指标体系的基础上,将层次分析法和模糊数学理论结合起来,运用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,采用模糊数学方法对项目团队知识共享水平进行综合评价,得出评价结论。同时,应用该评价模型对某项目团队中的知识共享水平进行分析评价,验证模型的正确性。结果表明,使用该模型可以使项目团队知识共享水平评价更全面、更科学、更符合实际,该方法简便可行,结论可靠,具有一定的优越性,为决策者提供有力的参考和支持。
To estThis paper establishes a Fuzzy AHP model to evaluate knowledge-sharing level of the project team based on the extensive research into the methods of evaluating the knowledge-sharing of the project team,in which the combination of AHP with Fuzzy Mathematics overcomes the complexity and limitation of previous studies.Based on the establishment of the index system,this model applies AHP to determine the weights of the index and Fuzzy Mathematics to comprehensively evaluate Knowledge Sharing level of the Project Team.Results show that that the FAHP is effective in analyzing and evaluating knowledge-sharing level of a project team,which demonstrates the Fuzzy AHP is more accurate in evaluating knowledge-sharing of the project team than the methods advocated in the previous studies.In addition,the Fuzzy AHP is characterized by simplicity,feasibility and reliable conclusions.Therefore,the FAHP with such superiority will provide valuable references and supports for decision-makers.
