千吨级草酸二甲酯合成催化剂工业侧线试验 被引量:2

Industrial side-line test of catalyst for kiloton dimethyl oxalate synthesis

摘要 依托于20万吨/年乙二醇工业装置及公用工程,建设了3000吨/年草酸二甲酯(DMO)工业侧线试验装置,并开展了侧线试验。在该装置上装填自研DM系列工业催化剂,在工业原料条件下,分析了催化剂使用过程中床层压降、温度变化情况,考察了不同空速下催化剂活性。通过高、低空速运行对比,表明在工业条件下,DM系列工业催化剂在高空速下具有较低的操作温度(汽包温度115℃)且表现出高的催化活性;原料亚硝酸甲酯(MN)平均转化率为74%,极大减少了系统中MN累积,有效提高了装置运行中的安全性与稳定性,预期具有两年以上的使用周期。 Based on the 200,000 t/a ethylene glycol(EG)of industrial installations and public project,an industrial side-line test device of 3000 t/a dimethyl oxalate(DMO)was constructed and the side-line test were carried out.The self-developed DM series of industrialized catalysts were loaded on the device,and the changes of the bed pressure drop and temperature during the use of catalyst were analyzed under the condition of industrial raw materials,and the catalyst activity under different space velocity was investigated.The comparative analysis of the results at high and low space velocity showed that the DM series industrialized catalysts had a lower operating temperature(drum temperature 115℃)and exhibited high catalytic activity at higher space velocity.The average conversion rate of raw material methyl nitrite(MN)was 74%,which can greatly reduce the accumulation of MN in the production system,effectively improve the safety and the stability of the industrial device during operation.And it was expected to have a service life of more than two years.
