摘要
作者以NH4OH、HAc、H2O为介质进行水热处理的-αAl2O3为载体,制备CO气相偶联合成草酸二甲酯的催化剂。并应用BET、SEM、XRD、XPS等检测手段,揭示了载体处理对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明载体处理后形成了适宜CO气相偶联合成草酸二甲酯的-αAl2O3孔结构分布,降低了活性组分Pd的结合能,提高Pd在载体内外表面的分散度,提高催化剂的活性。
In this thesis,the catalysts were prepared with the α-Al2O3 support treated by NH4OH, HAc,H2O for the synthesis of diethyl oxalate by vapor-phase coupling reaction and the influences of treatment on the catalysts have been studied with the BET,SEM, XRD, XPS. The results showed that the pore structure of α-Al2O3 treeted above was formed for the CO vapor-phase coupling synthesis methyl oxalate, the Pd binding energy was reduced, the Pd superficial dispersion degree was enhanced, and the catalyst performance was improved.
