近二十年来我国民族地区教师研究述评——基于2000-2019年CSSCI数据库文献计量分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解近二十年学界在民族地区教师研究方面的发展动态,基于2000-2019年中国知网CSSCI数据库收录的245篇关于民族地区教师研究的文献,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,从年载文量、研究区域、期刊来源、发文机构、研究方法、研究对象、研究主题七个维度进行探究,从中找寻研究存在的不足及发展空间。结果表明:民族地区教师研究发文趋势以国家制定的相关政策为导向;研究多以“民族地区”为主体,对个体民族教师的研究有待关注;发文机构以西部地区院校为主,研究的深度和关注视域有待进一步拓展;研究方法较为单一,多元研究方法的使用有待加强;研究对象和主题较为集中,研究关注的范围有待进一步拓宽。 In order to understand the development of the academic research on teachers in ethnic areas in the past 20 years,based on 245 literatures on the research of teachers in ethnic areas collected by CNKI CSSCI database from 2000 to 2019,this paper adopts the bibliometric method and content analysis method,and advances from seven dimensions,namely,the annual volume of papers,the research area,the source of journals,the issuing institutions,the research methods,the research objects and the research topics To explore,and to explore the shortcomings of research and development space.Finally,the research concludes that:the trend of research papers on teachers in ethnic areas is guided by the relevant policies formulated by the state;most of the researches are focused on“ethnic areas”,and the research on individual ethnic teachers needs to be paid attention to;the institutions of issuing papers are mainly colleges and Universities in the western region,and the depth and scope of research need to be further expanded;the research methods are relatively single,and the use of multiple research methods needs to be added The research objects and themes are relatively concentrated,and the research scope needs to be further expanded.
