自主支持感影响大学生锻炼坚持的前因机制:一个有调节的中介模型 被引量:8

Antecedent Mechanism for Effect of Perceived Autonomy Support on Undergraduates’Exercise Adherence:A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要 目的:考察并探讨自主支持感影响大学生锻炼坚持的前因机制中,锻炼参与的中介作用以及锻炼SOC策略的调节作用。方法:通过随机抽样对1058名大学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS20.0、AMOS21.0及PROCESS插件进行数据分析。结果:锻炼参与在自主支持感与锻炼坚持之间中介效应显著;锻炼SOC策略在自主支持感通过锻炼参与影响锻炼坚持的中介过程的后半路径上调节效应显著;相对于锻炼SOC策略低的锻炼者,间接效应对锻炼SOC策略高的锻炼者更加显著。结论:在考虑健身环境自主支持感对大学生锻炼坚持的影响时,更应注重从自主支持感促进锻炼参与的具体强度、频度、时间及锻炼应对策略选择等方面进行落实。 Objective:The study is to investigate and explore the mediation role of exercise participation and the moderation role of exercise SOC strategies in the antecedent mechanism of perceived autonomy supports affecting undergraduates’exercise adherence.Methods:1,058 college students are investigated by random sampling.The data is analyzed by SPSS20.0,AMOS21.0 and PROCESS.Results:Exercise participation has a significant mediation effect between perceived autonomy supports and exercise adherence;exercise SOC strategies has a significant mediation effect on the second half of the mediation process of exercise adherence through exercise participation;compared with the exercisers of low exercise SOC strategies,the indirect effect is more significant for exercisers with high exercise SOC strategies.Conclusion:When considering the influence of perceived autonomy supports in fitness environment on undergraduates’exercise adherence,we should pay more attention to the specific intensity,frequency,time and exercise coping strategies of perceived autonomy supports promoting exercise participation.
