摘要
目的探讨老年科护士心理资本在主观幸福感和职业倦怠间的中介作用。方法采用随机抽样法,于2019年11月—2020年2月抽取海南省8家三级甲等医院196名老年科护士作为研究对象,采用心理资本量表、主观幸福感量表、职业倦怠量表对其进行调查,采用单因素方差分析、独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析等方法对数据进行分析。结果老年科护士心理资本得分为82.36±15.28,主观幸福感得分为10.04±2.52,职业倦怠得分为62.36±12.41;老年科护士的心理资本与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.612,P<0.01),主观幸福感与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.604,P<0.01),心理资本与主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.538,P<0.01);心理资本在主观幸福感和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.11,中介效应占总效应的22.82%。结论老年科护士心理资本在主观幸福感与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,提高心理资本水平有助于提升主观幸福感和降低职业倦怠水平。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital between subjective well-being and job burnout of geriatric nurses.Methods From November 2019 to February 2020,196 nurses from the department of geriatrics of eight grade-A tertiary hospitals in Hainan Province were selected as the research objects by random sampling method,and they were investigated by psychological capital scale,subjective well-being scale and job burnout scale.The data were analyzed by using One way ANOVA,independent t-test,Pearson correlation analysis and other methods.Results The scores of psychological capital,subjective well-being and job burnout of geriatric nurses were 82.36±15.28,10.04±2.52 and 62.36±12.41,respectively.There was a negative correlation between psychological capital and job burnout of geriatric nurses(r=-0.612,P<0.01),a negative correlation between subjective well-being and job burnout(r=-0.604,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between psychological capital and subjective well-being(r=0.538,P<0.01).Psychological capital played a part of mediating role between subjective well-being and job burnout,and the mediating effect was-0.11,accounting for 22.82%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological capital of nurses in geriatrics department plays a part of intermediary role between subjective well-being and job burnout.Improving the level of psychological capital is helpful to improve subjective well-being and reduce the level of job burnout.
