刀刮法软质PVC发泡高强涤纶膜结构材料的配方优化

摘要 对发泡体系偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)及其共混物(稳定剂和三氧化二锑)进行了差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析,并确定最佳发泡体系热稳定剂配方。在该配方基础上,采用正交实验对高强涤纶膜结构材料用刀刮法软质PVC发泡材料进行配方优化筛选,讨论了纳米CaCO 3、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC-6000)、丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR-401)和树脂配比对刀刮法软质PVC发泡材料发泡倍数和泡孔结构的影响。结果表明:钾锌稳定剂(K-Zn9004)添加3份时AC-6000分解温度最低,为189.38℃,与PVC塑化温度相匹配,为最佳稳定剂配方;经正交实验证实,当添加6份纳米CaCO 3、13份AC-6000、4份ACR-401以及树脂比为1∶1时其发泡率达到最大且泡孔均匀,质地柔软。 The foaming agents of azodicarbonamide(AC)and its mixtures(stabilizer and Sb 2O 3)were analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the best foaming system heat stabilizer formula was determined.Based on the formula,orthogonal experiments were carried out for optimization of the formulation by knife coating flexible PVC foam materials on high-strength polyester membrane materials,and the influence of the proportion of nano-CaCO 3,AC-6000,ACR-401 and resin on the foaming ratio and foam structure of knife coating flexible PVC foam materials was discussed.The results show that the lowest decomposition temperature of AC-6000 was 189.38℃if 3 portions of K-Zn9004 is added,which is consistent with PVC plasticizing temperature.This turns out to be the best stabilizer formula.Orthogonal experiments prove that if 6 portions of nano-CaCO 3,13 portions of AC-6000,and 4 portions of ACR-401 are added and the resin ratio was 1:1,the foaming rate reaches the maximum,the foam pores are uniform and the resulting foamed materials are soft.
