摘要
通过测试增塑糊的粘度和稳定性,发现当PVC树脂、DOP增塑剂、活性碳酸钙比例为30∶20∶45时,聚氯乙烯复合地垫背胶增塑糊的初始粘度较低且稳定性良好。将非织造布放在增塑糊表面共同塑化;以塑化三个区域温度和塑化速度为影响因子,进行4因子3水平正交实验。结果表明:当塑化一区温度为115℃,塑化二区温度为125℃,塑化三区温度为125℃,塑化速度为3.5m/min时,复合地垫的纵横向断裂强力最大,断裂伸长率最高,非织造布与背胶的结合性能最佳。
By testing the viscosity and stability of plasticized paste,we find that when the ratio of PVC resin、DOP plasticizer and active calcium carbonate is 30∶20∶45,plasticized paste of the PVC compound mat owns low initial viscosity and good stability.Non-woven put on the surface of plasticized paste is jointly plasticized.The three plasticizing temperatures and plasticizing speeds serve as influence factors for the 4factors and 3levels orthogonal experiment.Results show that when the temperature of the first plasticizing zone is 115℃,the temperature of the second plasticizing zone is 125℃,the temperature of the third plasticizing zone is 125℃ and the plasticizing rate is 3.5m/min,the breaking strength of compound mat is the maximum and elongation at break is the highest.Besides,binding ability of nonwovens and the gum reaches the best.
