应力回复对PVC膜材应力松弛行为的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Stress Reversal on the Stress Relaxation Behavior of PVC Membrane

摘要 为深入研究受力历史对膜结构材料应力松弛行为的影响,在应力回复条件下对聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)膜材的应力松弛行为进行测试,分析得到应力松弛行为的变化规律,比较定参数和双变参数广义Maxwell模型的拟合精度。结果表明:PVC膜材的应力松弛行为与应力回复阶段的应力回复量密切相关;拟合结果显示,相比定参数广义Maxwell模型,双变参数广义Maxwell模型的拟合优度较好,可用于描述应力回复后PVC膜材的应力松弛行为。 To further investigate the effect of loading history on stress relaxation behavior of architectural membrane,the stress relaxation tests were carried out based on polyvinyl chloride(PVC)membrane with stress reversal,and the change rules of stress relaxation law was also obtained.The precision comparisons were made based on constant and double variable parameter general Maxwell model.The results show that the stress relaxation behavior of PVC membrane is highly dependent on stress reversal in the stress reversal stage.The fitted results show that double variable parameter general Maxwell model exhibits higher accuracy and can be used to describe the stress relaxation behavior of PVC membrane with stress reversal,compared with the constant parameter general Maxwell model.
