摘要
介绍了云锡文山锌铟冶炼有限公司冶炼烟气制酸装置处理污酸的硫化氢除砷系统的设备设施、工艺流程及运行情况。采用硫磺和氢气在硫氢复合塔内直接合成硫化氢气体,在硫化槽内硫化氢与污酸中的重金属充分反应,通过三级硫化后污酸中ρ(As)<30 mg/L,污酸除砷效果良好,降低了污水的后续处理难度,实现了节能减排。采用硫化氢法除砷具有反应速率快、硫化效果好、运行费用低、系统负荷范围宽等优点,且硫化处理过程实现了全自动化控制,降低了劳动强度的同时提高了系统的安全性。
The equipments and facilities,process and operation of hydrogen sulfide arsenic removal system for waste acid treatment in smelter flue gas acid plant of Wenshan Zine and Indium Smelting of Yunnan Tin Co.,Ltd.are introduced.Hydrogen sulfide gas is directly synthesized from sulphur and hydrogen in the sulphur hydrogen compound tower.Hydrogen sulfide reacts fully with heavy metals in the waste acid in the sulfurization tank.After three-stage sulfuration,theρ(As)in the waste acid is less than 30 mg/L.The arsenic removal effect of waste acid is good,which reduces the difficulty of subsequent treatment of sewage and realizes energy saving and emission reduction.It has the advantages of fast reaction rate,good sulfurization effect,low operating cost and wide load range of the system by using hydrogen sulfide method to remove arsenic.The vulcanization process is fully automatic control,which reduces the labor intensity and improves the safety of the system.
