摘要
简要介绍了超重力技术的原理及其特点,详细介绍了该技术在冶炼及冶炼烟气制酸中的应用情况及展望。超重力技术在高温冶金和材料制备、烟气净化除尘、烟气脱硫等方面的研究已取得重大进展,且在烟气脱硫领域已成功实现工业化应用。随着污酸处理技术的不断进步,超重力技术有望在以气液两相反应为基础的污酸处理领域得以应用。超重力技术相较于传统技术具有独特的优势,是一项极具前景的过程强化技术,需要进一步在超重力反应器、微观尺度的机理模型、宏观尺度的流体动力学以及工业化应用等方面进一步研究,使该技术成为冶炼及化工领域的重要技术之一。
The principle and characteristics of high gravity technology are briefly introduced.The application and prospect of this technology in smelting and acid making from smelting flue gas are introduced in detail.Great progress has been made in the research of high gravity technology in high-temperature metallurgy and material preparation,flue gas purification and dust removal,flue gas desulfurization and other aspects,and the industrial application has been successfully realized in the field of flue gas desulfurization.With the continuous progress of waste acid treatment technology,high gravity technology is expected to be applied in the field of waste acid treatment based on gas-liquid two-phase reaction.Compared with traditional technology,high gravity technology has unique advantages and is a promising process enhancement technology.It needs further research in high gravity reactor,micro scale mechanism model,macro scale hydrodynamics and industrial application,so as to make this technology one of the important technologies in the field of smelting and chemical industry.
