摘要
社会主义核心价值观引领网络舆论治理制度化建设,既能有效框定网络舆论治理的底线原则,规范网络成员的价值观念和行为方式,也能助推网络舆论治理的道德引领力量发挥,引导网络成员树立共同价值理想,实现凝魂聚力的价值目标。当前,社会主义核心价值观引领网络舆论治理的制度设计构架初步形成、制度执行的底线得到保障、制度创新的跟进速度较快,但仍存在适切度与实操性不足、引领性与驱动力缺乏、整体性与可持续性欠佳等现实难题。为此,需要从基本遵循、创新原则、实践路径三个维度出发,提出社会主义核心价值观引领网络舆论治理制度优化的对策建议。
The institutionalization of core socialist values guiding network public opinion governance,is not only the guarantee of effectively framing the bottom line of network public opinion governance,standardizing the value concept and network behavior of network members,but also the moral leading force of network public opinion governance,guiding network members to establish common value ideal and realize the value goal of uniting soul and gathering strength.At present,the framework of the institutionalization of core socialist values guiding network public opinion governance has initially formed,the bottom line has been guaranteed,and the follow-up speed is fast.However,there are still some practical problems,such as lack of appropriateness and practicality,lack of leadshiip and drive,and poor integrity and sustainability.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the system optimization of network public opinion governance guided by core socialist values from three dimensions of basic compliance,innovation principle and practice path.
