摘要
目前我国退役运动员就业形势依然严峻,对运动员职业发展进行相应的指导,以及制定适当的干预措施,是建立全面的竞技体育人才培养体系的关键因素。本文采用文献资料法对国内外关于社会支持对运动员职业发展影响的研究进展进行分析。研究发现至今我国对促进运动员职业决策的心理因素的相关研究较少,有必要建立一个科学的理论框架,为运动员在职业决策过程中的干预措施提供理论背景,而社会支持可以作为其中一个关键因素。
At present,the employment situation of retired athletes in China is still grim,so the key factor to establish a comprehensive system of training competitive sports talents is to give corresponding guidance to the athletes'career development and to formulate appropriate intervention measures.This paper analyzes the research progress on the influence of social support on athlete career development at home and abroad.It is found that there are few researches on the psychological factors that promote athletes'career decision-making in China,so it is necessary to establish a scientific theoretical framework to provide theoretical background for the intervention measures of athletes in the process of career decision-making,and social support can be a key factor.
