摘要
采用有限元分析方法研究了运动弹弹壳在平底成形过程中底部的变形过程;分析了引起弹壳底部平底成形误差的因素,基于弹壳底部成形的体积微变原理,构建了弹壳底部成形参数优化数学模型;通过参数优化模型改进了弹壳底部成形外模具圆角半径和限位模与外模具之间的高度差等设计参数,提升了弹壳底部成形精度;通过运动弹弹壳平底过程的动态仿真,实现了对整个弹壳底部成形工艺的优化,为弹壳平底成形的生产制造提供了理论依据。
Aiming at flattening shaping process design problem for campaign bullet,the finite element analysis was employed to research deformation process of bullet bottom-punched.The deformation error factors for bullet bottom-punched were analyzed.Based on the volume micro-variation theory,the parameter optimization mathematical model for bullet bottom-punched was established.Based on the above parameter optimization method,the fillet corner radius of outer die and height difference between limit mold and outer die for campaign bullet bottom-punched were improved,these improved machining precision of bullet bottom flattening.By dynamic simulated analysis simulation for campaign bullet bottom-punched,the shaping process-optimized for campaign bullet was realized,which provided theoretical support for manufacturing process of bullet heading flattening.
