摘要
Cr12MoV钢凸模在使用过程中突然断裂失效,采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、体视显微镜和扫描电镜等方法对Cr12MoV钢冲模凸模的材料成分、显微组织、硬度和断口形貌进行检验分析,并对凸模进行强度校核。结果表明,凸模强度不足,共晶碳化物偏析严重,大块碳化物尺寸超标是导致凸模爆裂的主要原因,建议改进凸模结构、锻造工艺或选择新材料来解决凸模失效的问题。
The fracture occurred during the using process of the punch with Crl2MoV steel. The chemical composition, microstructure, hardness and fracture morphology of the Cr12MoV punch were investigated by means of direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, rockwell hardness tester, stereo microscope and scanning electron microscope, also the punch strength was checked. The results showed that the punch strength was in- sufficient and eutectic carbides were seriously segregated, the excessive size of large car- bides was the main reason for punch cracking. However, the cracking problem should be solved by improving the punch structure, forging process or selecting new materials.
