摘要
为研究Cr12MoV的微观组织对其力学性能的影响,采用钢光板Cr12MoV为原材料,通过箱式电阻炉高温退火(860℃),淬火(950/980℃)和回火(210/520℃)制得样品后,采用X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度、冲击试验机和金相显微镜等进行材料学分析检测。结果表明,最优的热处理方案为860℃退火+980℃淬火+520℃回火,此时组织中有着细小晶粒的索氏体和均匀析出的碳化物,有着较高的硬度(75 HRC)和最大的冲击韧性(36.07 J)。
In order to study the influence of Cr12MoV microstructure on its mechanical properties,steel plate Cr12MoV was used as raw material,and samples were prepared by high-temperature annealing(860℃),quenching(950/980℃)and tempering(210/520℃)in box resistance furnace.X-ray diffractometer,Rockwell hardness,impact testing machine and metallographic microscope were used for material analysis.The results show that the optimal heat treatment scheme is annealing at 860℃,quenching at 980℃and tempering at 520℃.At this time,there are fine grained sortensite and uniformly precipitated carbides in the microstructure,and it has high hardness(75 HRC)and maximum impact toughness(36.07 J).
