热处理对Cr12MoV锻造冷作模具钢性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以Cr12MoV锻造冷作模具钢的力学性能为研究目标,分析了不同Al元素含量对Cr12MoV锻造冷作模具钢强度和韧性的影响;选取了最佳Al元素含量下的Cr12MoV锻造冷作模具钢作为试验用钢,研究了不同的热处理工艺对于Cr12MoV锻造冷作模具钢的性能的影响。研究结果表明:Al元素含量为1.5%的试验钢的最佳热处理参数为等温退火工艺的升温温度870℃,降温温度760℃,淬火温度1000℃,硬度最高达到了289 HBW。 Taking the mechanical properties of Cr12MoV forging cold working die steel as the research object, the influence of different contents of AI element for strength and toughness of Cr12MoV forging cold working die steel was analyzed. The steel was selected as a pilot with the best content of Al element die steel Cr12MoV under cold forging. The Crl2MoV forging cold working die steel with the best content oral was selected as the test steel. The effect of different heat treatments on the performance of Cr12MoV forging cold working die steel was studied. The results show that the optimal heat treatment parameters of the test steel with 1.5% Al content is isothermal annealing heating temperature of 870 ℃, cooling temperature of 760 ℃, quenching temperature of 1000 ℃, the highest hardness can reach 289 HBW.
