摘要
重载冲压弯曲模具由于金属板材强度高、板材厚、成型力大,使得与材料的摩擦强烈,造成模具易早期失效,大大降低了模具的寿命。TD热扩散技术是对模具进行表面强化的有效方法。对Cr12Mo V类模具钢进行了TD热扩散处理,在模具表面生成碳化钒涂层。经测试,碳化钒涂层硬度大于2500 HV,厚度为10μm左右。涂层的结合力紧密,耐腐蚀性强。对某公司的重载弯曲模具进行了TD处理后的模具比没有处理的模具寿命提高了7.5倍。
Because of the high strength,large thickness and large forming force of sheet metal,the bending die of heavy duty causes the strong friction between the metal and die surface during forming process,which greatly reduce the die life time. Thermal Diffusion(TD) technology is an effective method to strengthen the die surface. Cr12 Mo V die steel has treated by TD,and a vanadium carbide coating has been formed. The hardness of vanadium carbide coating is more than 2500 HV,and the thickness is about 10 μm. The coating has strong combination with the steel,and has strong corrosion resistance. After TD treatment,the service life time of the die has been increased 7. 5 times.
