摘要
通过对汽车冲压模具激光熔覆、修复技术研究,主要介绍了激光修复技术原理及性能特点;工艺流程及时间安排;以及激光修复技术在冲压模具方面的应用,能够提高模具的表面质量,提高模具的使用寿命,降低维修模具的频次,提高制件的生产效率。
Based on the automobile repair research, laser cladding coating of stamping die, mainly introduces the principles and performance characteristics of laser repair technology; process and time schedule; application as well as the laser repair technology in stamping moulds, can improve the surface quality of the mold, improve die life, reduce repair mould frequency, improve parts of the production efficiency.
