摘要
探讨不锈钢拉伸的特点及其与普通软钢的拉伸性能差异;提出不锈钢拉伸变形量(拉伸系数)的选择方法;研究温度对拉伸过程的影响及合理拉伸温度的确定方法。通过工序间切边代替中间退火和酸洗工序,可提高拉伸件的成形质量。
Through comparing the drawing property of stainless steel with that of mild steel, the characteristics of stainless steel drawing process are studied. A method for selecting reduction ratio(drawing coefficient)for stainless steel drawing is put forward. By studing the effect of temperature on stainless steel drawing process, the reasonable drawing temparature is determined. By substituting the trimming between working procedures for intermediate annealing and pickling procedure, the quality of drawins can be improved.
