摘要
基于非分散紫外吸收法原理开发的低浓度氮氧化物分析仪,具有检出限低、灵敏度高、结构简单、抗干扰能力强等特点,被广泛用于超低排放废气的浓度监测。文章建立了利用模拟烟气发生装置对基于非分散紫外吸收法的低浓度氮氧化物分析仪的性能进行测试的方法,该方法响应速度快、检出限低、运行稳定,且不受水分、一氧化碳等干扰,性能指标优于HJ 76-2017要求。
The low range nitrogen-oxide analyzer based on the principle of non dispersive ultraviolet absorption has the characteristics of low detection limit,high sensitivity,simple structure,adaptability to low concentration measurement and strong anti-interference ability,which is widely used in the monitoring of pollution gas in ultra-low emissions.The performance of low concentration nitrogen oxides analyzer based on NDUV was tested by using flue gas simulator and the results show that has the characteristics of fast response,low detection limit,stable operation and no interference from moisture and carbon monoxide.The performance index is better than the requirements of HJ 76-2017.
