摘要
烟气排放连续监测系统作为火力发电厂固定污染源排放监测的重要环保设施,其监测数据关系到火电厂的污染源排放是否符合国家环保要求。由于烟气排放连续监测系统设备选型问题,某公司燃气轮机机组污染源监测数据出现异常,甚至超出排放标准。结合现场实际情况,分析该公司烟气排放连续监测系统设备的工作原理,对氮氧化物(NO_(x))、二氧化硫(SO_(2))以及烟尘排放浓度超标原因进行了具体陈述,提出了设备选型建议。
The continuous emission monitoring system for flue gas emissions is an important environmental protection facility for monitoring fixed pollution sources in thermal power plants.Its detection data is related to whether the pollution source emissions of thermal power plants comply with national environmental requirements.Due to equipment selection issues in the continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions,the pollution source monitoring data of a certain company s gas turbine unit has become abnormal,even exceeding the emission standards.Based on the actual situation on site,the working principle of the company s continuous smoke emission monitoring system equipment was analyzed,and the reasons for exceeding the concentration of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x)),sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),and smoke emissions were specifically stated.Suggestions for equipment selection were proposed.
