摘要
针对钢铁烧结行业烟气的特点,使用非分散紫外吸收法、定电位电解法与在线CEMS系统常用的紫外荧光法对烧结机脱硫后烟气进行SO2现场比对测试。测试结果表明:非分散紫外吸收法能够较好地避免烟气中CO对SO2监测的干扰,且与紫外荧光法无显著性差异;定电位电解法测量SO2时受CO气体干扰较大。
Given the characteristics of flue gas in the Steel Sintering Industry,the disperse ultraviolet absorption method,the constant potential electrolysis,and the ultraviolet fluorescence method usually used in CEMS were ap-plied to conduct an on -site comparative test of SO2 after the sintering desulfurization process.The test result showed that the disperse ultraviolet absorption method and the ultraviolet fluorescence method performed better in a-voiding the disturbance of CO.There was no significant difference between these two methods.However,CO could influence the accurate determination of SO2 using the constant potential electrolysis method.
