摘要
气体分析仪是CEMS烟气连续排放监测系统中最核心的部分,可以检测多组分的污染气体。随着环保法规和标准检测要求的提高,石化企业也提出了超低排放的要求,这就需要气体分析要有更高的精度。本文介绍了几种烟气分析仪的原理并比较了他们的优缺点,以国内某芳烃装置中的CEMS系统为例,说明气体分析仪在实际应用中的选型以及CEMS采样探头开孔位置的选择方案。
The gas analyzer is the core part of the CEMS flue gas continuous emission monitoring system,which can detect multi-component polluted gases.With the improvement of environmental monitoring requirements,the accuracy of gas analysis is put forward.This paper introduces several methods of flue gas analysis and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Taking the CEMS system in a domestic aromatic hydrocarbon device as an example,the solution to the problem of hole position selection and sampling processing in the practical application of gas analyzer is illustrated.
