摘要
目的:探究中西医分阶段治疗股骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对本院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的88例股骨近端骨折患者进行研究,根据患者意愿,按照其选择不同治疗方式分组,对照组(44例)采用髓内钉固定术治疗,观察组(44例)在对照组基础上结合中医分阶段治疗。采用髋关节Harris评分量表评价两组治疗前后关节疼痛、关节功能、关节活动度、关节畸形改善情况,并比较两组疼痛缓解、骨折愈合以及住院时间。结果:观察组的关节疼痛、关节功能、关节活动度、关节畸形评分及Harris总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛缓解时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合分阶段治疗可有效缓解股骨近端骨折患者的疼痛感,改善关节功能,扩大关节活动度,缩短骨折愈合时间,促使患者尽早出院。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on proximal femoral fracture in different stages.Methods:88 cases were divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated by intramedullary nail fixation.The observation group was treated in TCM in different stages more.Results:The joint pain,joint function,joint range of motion,joint deformity score and Harris total score in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief time,fracture healing time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine in different stages can effectively relieve the pain in patients with proximal femoral fractures,improve joint function,expand joint mobility,and shorten fracture healing time and hospital stay.
