摘要
小细胞肺癌是肺癌的常见类型,放化疗是目前小细胞肺癌的标准治疗方案,但标准治疗后易发生复发转移。花宝金教授在中医药防治小细胞肺癌方面积累了丰富的临床经验。以"益气扶正为主,驱邪解毒为辅",将扶正培本、调理气机升降贯穿小细胞肺癌的治疗始终。在中医"整体观""辨证论治"等理论的指导下,根据小细胞肺癌的西医标准治疗方案,总结出中医分阶段治疗小细胞肺癌的治则治法,活用经方,注重方药的归经,临床取得良好疗效。
Small cell lung cancer is a common type of lung cancer.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the current standard treatment for small cell lung cancer,but it is prone to recurrence and metastasis after standard treatment.Professor HUA Bao-jin has accumulated rich clinical experience in the prevention and treatment of small cell lung cancer.Benefiting qi to support the healthy energy as main and expulsing pathogen with removing toxicity as assist,strengthen and consolidating body resistance and regulate the qi throughout the treatment of small cell lung cancer.Under the guidance of the theory of‘holistic view’and‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation’of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the standard western medicine treatment program of small-cell lung cancer,this paper summarized the treatment rules and treatment methods of small-cell lung cancer by stages in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor HUA used the prescription freely and paid attention to the prescription,and has achieved a good effect in clinic.
