摘要
目的:探讨PFNA内固定术配合中医辨证治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果。方法:选择2014年2月-2017年3月80例股骨粗隆间骨折患者分组。手术组采用PFNA内固定术进行治疗,手术+中医辨证组采用PFNA内固定术配合中医辨证治疗。比较两组股骨粗隆间骨折功能康复总有效率;术后负重时间、骨痂生成时间、股骨粗隆间骨折愈合时间;干预前后患者髋关节功能水平、生存质量情况;不良愈合等情况发生率。结果:手术+中医辨证组股骨粗隆间骨折功能康复总有效率高于手术组,P<0.05;手术+中医辨证组术后负重时间、骨痂生成时间、股骨粗隆间骨折愈合时间短于手术组,P <0.05;干预前两组髋关节功能水平、生存质量情况相近,P> 0.05;干预后手术+中医辨证组髋关节功能水平、生存质量情况优于手术组,P <0.05。手术+中医辨证组不良愈合等情况发生率低于手术组,P <0.05。结论:PFNA内固定术配合中医辨证治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果肯定,可有效加速骨痂生成和骨折愈合,可早日负重,有利于减少术后并发症的出现,促使髋关节功能恢复和生活质量提高,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the efect of PFNA internal fxation plus TCM on femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： 80 patients were divided into two groups. The operation group was treated by PFNA internal fxation; the operation plus TCM syndrome diferentiation group was treated by TCM syndrome diferentiation more. Results： The total efciency in the operation plus TCM syndrome differentiation group was higher than the operation group, P〈0.05. The time of weight bearing, callus formation and intertrochanteric fracture healing were shorter than the operation group, P〈0.05. Hip functional level and quality of life in the operation plus TCM syndrome diferentiation group were better than the operation group. The incidence of bad healing in operation plus TCM syndrome diferentiation group was lower than that in the operation group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： PFNA internal fixation plus TCM syndrome differentiation on femoral intertrochanteric fracture shows a definite effect, can effectively accelerate callus formation and fracture healing, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery of hip joint function and improve the quality of life, is worth popularizing.【Keywords】 PFNA internal fxation; TCM syndrome diferentiation; Femoral intertrochanteric fracture; Clinical efects
