摘要
目的探讨碳酸氢钠对Ⅱ〜Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾脏保护作用。方法选取160例Ⅱ〜Ⅳ期DN患者,随机分为对照组80例与观察组80例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予碳酸氢钠治疗。两组疗程均为8个月。比较两组患者治疗前后相应血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能、营养水平等相关指标变化情况。结果两组治疗后血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能、营养状况均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在降糖、降压、降脂、改善肾功能和营养状态方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上应用碳酸氢钠可以更好地调节Ⅱ〜Ⅳ期DN患者的血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能及营养状态。
Objective To explore the protective effect of sodium bicarbonate on kidney in patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy.Methods 160 patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given sodium bicarbonate on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 months.Before and after treatment,the changes of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function and nutritional level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function,and nutrition levels of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior in reducing blood glucose,blood pressure,lipid,improving renal function and nutitional status to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium bicarbonate on the basis of conventional treatment can better regulate blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,renal function and nutritional status of patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy.
