摘要
目的：观察糖肾清宣合剂对早期糖尿病肾病患者及其氧化应激水平的影响。方法 ：选择105例早期糖尿病肾病患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用常规综合治疗,对照组给予贝那普利,治疗组给予糖肾清宣合剂口服。连续治疗2个月,观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、24 h尿蛋白定量（24 h Urpr）、尿微量白蛋白（MALB）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-PX）、丙二醛（MDA）变化。结果：治疗组FPG、2 h PG、24 h Urpr、MALB改善均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,SOD、GSH-PX的升高明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：糖肾清宣合剂对改善早期糖尿病肾病血糖水平及肾功能损伤效果明显,且可发挥抗氧化功能,对防治早期糖尿病肾病具有良好效果。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Tangshen Qingxuan Mixture on patients with early diabetic nephropathy and their oxidative stresslevel. Methods：There were 105 patients with early diabetic nephropathy randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with routine treatment.The control group was given benazepril,while the treatment group was given Tangshen Qingxuan Mixture for oral administration. The treatment lasted for 2 months,the changes of fasting blood sugar（FPG）,2 hr postprandial blood sugar（2 h PG）,glycated hemoglobin（HbA1 C）,24 hr urine protein（24 h Urpr）,microalbuminuria（MALB）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,glutathione peroxidase（GSH-PX）,malonaldehyde（MDA） were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results：In the treatment group the improvement of FPG,2 h PG,24 hUrpr and MALB were obviously better than those in the control group with statistical significiance（P〈0.05）,increase of SOD and GSH-PX were significantly higher than those in the control group with sta tistical significiance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tangshen Qingxuan Mixture has good effect on blood sugar level and renal function damage in early diabetic nephropathy. It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy through antioxidant effect.
