摘要
目的通过对2016—2019年上海市卫生健康委员会卫生行业临床研究专项项目中已立项护理项目进行可视化中心度分析,了解近年来护理学科的发展趋势和研究热点,为科研人员申请护理科研项目提供参考。方法登录“上海市卫生健康委员会”官网,在“政府信息公开目录”中下载2016—2019年度上海市卫生健康委员会卫生行业临床研究专项立项项目名单作为数据来源。应用Microsoft Excel软件对立项项目情况及研究领域情况进行分析;采用SATI软件对立项项目主题进行词频统计分析,生成二值共现矩阵;利用Ucinet和Netdraw软件将核心关键词进行可视化中心度分析。结果2016—2019年上海市卫健委护理领域立项项目总数为203项,其中护理面上项目129项,护理青年项目74项。203项立项项目中,出现频次最高的12个关键词为社区、老年、影响因素、构建、骨质疏松、干预研究、儿童、术后、生活质量、糖尿病、脑卒中、认知障碍;排名前4位的护理研究领域为社区护理、慢性病管理、老年护理和护理信息。结论科研人员在申请课题时,应结合我国国情,并紧密贴合国家政策制度,从而提高科研课题的中标率,进一步促进护理学科的发展。
Objective To understand the development trend and research hotspots of nursing discipline in recent years by a visualized centrality analysis for nursing projects approved in the special clinical research projects in the health industry of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission from 2016 to 2019,and to provide a reference for researchers to apply for nursing research projects.Methods A list of special clinical research projects in the health industry of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission from 2016 to 2019 was downloaded as the data source from the"Open Government Information"of"Shanghai Municipal Health Commission"official website.Microsoft Excel was used to analyze the approved projects and research field;SATI was used to statistically analyze the word frequency of project topics and generate a binary co-occurrence matrix;Ucinet and Netdraw were used to make a visualized centrality analysis for keywords.Results From 2016 to 2019,a total of 203 projects were approved in the nursing field by Shanghai Municipal Health Commission,including 129 general nursing projects and 74 youth nursing projects.Among the 203 approved projects,there are 12 keywords most commonly used:community,the elderly,influence factor,construction,osteoporosis,intervention study,children,postoperative,quality of life,diabetes,stroke,and cognitive impairment;the top 4 fields of nursing research were community nursing,chronic disease management,geriatric nursing and nursing information.Conclusion Researchers should apply for research projects in combination with China's realities and policy system,so as to improve the winning rate of research projects and further promote the development of nursing discipline.
