泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在涂料制造行业的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)是化工类行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)无组织排放管控的重要抓手。当前我国出台的众多政策文件及标准规范均对涂料制造行业LDAR实施提出明确要求。文章选取重点地区10家典型涂料制造企业,收集其LDAR实施基础数据进行统计分析,研究行业VOCs泄漏特征,为涂料制造行业VOCs无组织排放精细管控提供数据参考。结果表明,10家涂料制造企业中,法兰的数量占比最多,平均为62.6%,VOCs泄漏量贡献也最大,占61.6%,但法兰的整体泄漏率不高,只有0.2%;最易泄漏的密封点类别为开口管线和泵,泄漏率分别为1.0%和0.7%,但二者的泄漏量贡献并不大,分别为4.3%和0.6%。10家企业VOCs年泄漏总量合计为10.2 t,平均每家约1t。通过实施LDAR,各家企业VOCs泄漏削减率平均为11%,LDAR实施效果有待进一步加强。 Leak detection and repair(LDAR)is an important gateway to the control of unorganized emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the chemical industry.At present,many policy documents and standards in China have put forward clear requirements for the implementation of LDAR in the paint manufacturing industry.The study selected 10 typical paint manufacturing enterprises in key regions,collected the basic data of their LDAR implementation and conducted statistical analysis,discussed the main features of VOCs leakage.The results show that among the 10 paint manufacturing enterprises,flanges account for the largest number,62.6%on average,and make the largest contribution to VOCs leakage,61.6%,but the overall leakage rate of flanges is not high,only 0.2%;the most leaky seal categories are open pipelines and pum ps,the leakage rate is 1.0%and 0.7%respectively,but their contribution to leakage is not large,4.3%and 0.2%respectively.The total annual VOCs leakage of the 10 enterprises was 10.2 t,with an average of 1 t per enterprise.11%reduction rate on average was achieved through the implementation of LDA R,and the effect of LDAR implementation needs to be further strengthened.
