摘要
在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎中,分析口腔急症的应急护理管理措施。通过对口腔急症患者实施“四级筛查制”、重新规划设置病区、落实医护防护工作、做好诊区诊具消毒、精细管控防护用具以及特殊时期心理干预等措施,医务人员及患者未发生院内感染。通过回顾梳理疫情流行期间的应急护理管理措施及成效,进一步丰富了科室对严重突发传染病的经验,为做好疫情常态化防控提供了重要参考。
The emergency nursing management measures of oral emergency were analyzed during the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).No medical staff and patients have had nosocomial infections so far by taking the measures including the execution of Four-level Screening System for oral emergency patients,replanning and resetting of wards,implementation of the medical care and protection work,disinfection of the diagnostic areas and tools,fine control of protective equipment and psychological intervention during the special period.By reviewing and sorting out the emergency nursing management measures and effects during the epidemic,the experience of the Department in dealing with severe sudden infectious diseases was further enriched,which provided an important reference for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
