摘要
中国石油四川石化有限责任公司600 kt/a气体分馏装置采用四塔流程,利用催化裂化液化石油气作为原料,主要产品为化工原料精丙烯。针对其工艺技术及运行情况,对脱丙烷塔、丙烯精馏塔、脱异丁烷塔塔顶空冷器进行改造,提高其冷却效果;对机泵密封进行改造,避免机封泄漏;控制气分原料流量的稳定,与催化进行合理热联合,防止生产波动;定期实施泄漏检测修复技术,及时处理泄漏点,以减少丙烯损失。在保证主要产品丙烯纯度高于99.6%的条件下,提出了气体分馏装置优化的工艺条件及措施,丙烯收率从91.2%升高至97.3%,公用工程用量减少,能耗从2 445.55 MJ/t降低至2 252.12 MJ/t,显著提高了经济效益。
The 4-tower process has been applied for the 600,000 TPY gas fractionation unit in PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. to mainly produce fine propylene for chemical production with LPG from FCC unit as feedstock. In order to improve the refi'igeration efficiency, the overhead air coolers of depropani- zer, propylene fractionator and de-isobutanizer are revamped based upon the process technologies and unit op- eration ; The mechanical seals of the pumps are retrofitted to avoid leakage ; The stable flowrate of feed effluent of gas fractionators is controlled and the heat is integrated with the FCC unit to prevent the production fluctua- tions; In addition, the technology of LADR is used for timely finding and handling the leaks to minimize the propylene losses. Under the conditions of higher than 99.6% purity of major product of propylene, the optimi- zation methods for reducing propylene loss and unit energy consumption are proposed and implemented. As the result, the yield of propylene is increased to 97.3% from 91.2% , the utility requirement is reduced, the en- ergy consumption is lowered to 2 252. 12 MJ/t from 2 445.55 MJ/t. The economic benefit is significantly improved.
