摘要
为提升煤矿用提升机自动化程度,以提升机制动系统为研究对象,设计一套制动系统自动控制系统。自动化控制系统基于液压制动特性,对控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计进行研究,系统硬件主要对PLC控制器、信号传感器以及恒减速制动控制卡的选型和作用做了详述,同时设计了PLC控制器的系统故障诊断程序,确保自动化控制制动系统的运行安全。该自动化控制系统能够有效提高矿用提升机控制精度和效率。
In order to improve the automation degree of mine hoist,a set of automatic control system of braking system is designed with the hoist braking system as the research object in this paper.Based on the characteristics of hydraulic braking,the hardware and software design of automatic control system are studied,and the selection and function of PLC controller,signal sensor and constant deceleration braking control card are described in detail.At the same time,the system fault diagnosis program of PLC controller is designed to ensure the operation safety of the automatic control braking system.The result shows that the automatic control system can effectively improve the control accuracy and efficiency of mine hoist.
