摘要
根据火车轮烘干及抛丸工艺要求,确定了火车轮抛丸机的工作原理及电控系统的组成,介绍了将西门子S7-300 PLC用于火车轮抛丸机控制系统的编程原理及部分程序编制的方法。应用结果表明,该系统能够满足火车轮检测生产线连续生产的要求,提高了生产效率,减轻了劳动强度,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
According to train-wheel drying theory and technological requirements of ball throwing, the working principle and com- position of control system of the ball thrower for train-wheel were determined. The programming principle and writing methods of some programming for the ball thrower with $7-300 PLC were introduced. The application results indicate that the control system can satisfy the control requirements of wheel continuous testing production line. improve the production efficiency, reduce the la- bor intensity, and it illustrates a good prospect of application and extention.
