编制一个专用软件,利用软件自动生成数控程序,实现了直线度可控的中凹(中凸)磨削,解决了厚度和尺寸较大零件加工时需要预变形的难题。详细介绍了该软件的编程原理、思路和使用方法。
A dedicated software was programmed. NC program could be automatically generated by this software. The controllable mid-concave (mid-convexity) straightness grinding was realized. The problem of necessary prestressing in the thicker and larger parts processing was solved. The software programming principle, thought and using method were introduced.
