摘要
针对矿井提升机控制系统一旦故障严重影响生产及调速方式单一的问题,设计出一种基于冗余PLC控制的矿井提升机控制系统方案。详细介绍了改造后的提升机控制系统的硬件和软件组成。其具有冗余PLC控制系统、变频和工频两种运行模式,并分析主要工作过程,实现提升机平稳运行及过卷、超速、过载等故障的检测与保护,改善系统调速方式,提高提升系统安全可靠性。
Aiming at the problem that the failure of mine hoist control system seriously affects the production and the single mode of speed regulation,a scheme of mine hoist control system based on redundant PLC is designed.The hardware and software of the improved elevator control system are introduced in detail.It has two operation modes of redundant PLC control system,frequency conversion and power frequency,and analyzes the main working process,so as to realize the smooth operation of the hoist and the detection and protection of faults such as overwinding,overspeed and overload,improve the speed regulation mode of the system,and improve the safety and reliability of the system.
