摘要
为保证"华龙一号"核电机组可靠、稳定、经济运行,应对DCS非安全级功能合理、优化分配,本文研究了"华龙一号"核电机组DCS系统非安全级功能分配的影响因素和原则,提出了自上而下的层次化功能分配模型,保证冗余功能独立性的同时兼顾功能的关联性,减少处理器间依赖性和接口信号的数量,确保DCS系统负荷均衡配置,最终降低DCS故障对核电厂可用性的影响。
Optimizing allocation of non-safety DCS functions is critical to ensure the reliability,stability,and cost-effectiveness of the Hualong One nuclear power plant operation.In this paper,influencing factors and decision criteria of allocating non-safety DCS functions are analyzed and discussed.A top-to-bottom hierarchical allocation model is proposed to balance the independence while taking into account the relevance of functions,reduce the interdependence of processors as well as data exchanges,and evenly distribute workloads in a DCS,which ultimately reduces the impact on the availability of a nuclear power plant in case of a DCS failure.
