摘要
DCS二层作为信息监视与操作控制层,负责对DCS一二层实时数据进行处理并将处理结果显示到人机交互界面,是主控室操纵员对机组状态进行监视与控制的"中枢神经"。基于ADACS;平台的DCS二层系统在运行中尚存在较大优化空间,结合操纵员使用需求及DCS二层潜在的优化项,从人机界面功能、数据组态、更新方法三大方面,结合底层代码重构设计、组态优化、研究报警卡更新特征和平台更新原理等方面,提出若干DCS二层优化设计方法,并结合实际开发和平台维护经验,将设计方法转换为现场实施。所述优化设计实施至福清核电运行机组,效果显著,促使DCS二层系统功能更加完善,且优化项目能够有效降低操纵员人因失误风险,具有实际意义和应用价值。
As the information monitoring and operation control layer,DCS level 2 is responsible for processing the real-time data of DCS Level 1 and Lever 2,as well as displaying the processing results to the human-computer interaction interface.It is the“central nerve”for the operator of the main control room to monitor and control the status of the unit.There is still a large of space for improvement of current platform considering operator’s requirements and potential optimization items.Thus the article proposes sums of improvement methods for reconstruction design of the underlying code,configuration optimization,as well as alarm sheet update methods from the three aspects of human-machine interface functions,data configuration,and update methods.Meanwhile,the design methods was converted to onsite implementation.The optimization described in this article is implemented in the Fuqing nuclear power generating unit,which has achieved significant results and promoted the perfection of the functions of the DCS Level 2 system,and the optimization project can effectively reduce the risk of operator errors due to practical significance and application value.
