摘要
DCS是核电厂重要的控制系统,而DCS二层作为重要信息监视与基本操作控制层,实现一层与二层的实时数据交互,是主控室操作员对机组状态进行实时监视与控制的“中枢神经”。作为首次应用于核电领域的国能智深EDPF-NU系统,在DCS二层的功能应用上尚存在较大优化空间,因此在该平台研发期间,结合操作员使用需求和同行电厂运行经验,深入思考DCS二层功能潜在的优化项,从人机交互、二层画面显示、报警提醒、调节阀门控件、自动化顺序控制等多方面,提出若干DCS二层功能优化方案,并将优化方案实施至漳州核电在建机组,效果显著,促使DCS二层功能更加完善,且优化项目能够极大程度上减轻操作员的工作负担,有效降低人因失误风险,具有较大的实际意义和应用价值。
The DCS is an important control system of nuclear power plant.The second layer of the DCS,as the important information monitoring and basic operation control layer,realizes the real-time data interaction between the first and the second layers.The second layer is also the“central nervous system”for the operators in the main control room to monitor and control the unit status in real time.As the Guoneng Zhishen EDPF-NU system,which was first applied in the field of nuclear power,there is still much room for optimization of the second layer functions of the DCS.Therefore,during the development of this platform,combined with the use demand of operators and the operating experience of peer power plants,the potential items to be optimized for the second layer functions of the DCS will be deeply considered.From the aspects of human-computer interaction,second layer picture display,alarm reminder,regulating valve control,automatic sequence control and so on,several optimization schemes for the DCS two-layer functions are put forward,and implemented for the units under construction in Zhangzhou nuclear power plant.The effect is remarkable,which makes the DCS two-layer functions more perfect,and the optimization project can greatly reduce the workload of operators and effectively reduce the risk of human error,which has great practical significance and application value.
