摘要
教师是科学知识的传播者,是人类文化之树的培育者,是人类精神文明的设计师。高等学校教师肩负着立德树人、培养高层次高水平人才的重要责任。基于对高等教育法规的学习,探讨了法治社会下高校教师应怎样履行权利与义务。
Teachers are disseminators of scientific knowledge,cultivators of human cultural trees,and designers of human spiritual civilization.College teachers shoulder the important responsibility of strengthening moral education and cultivating high-level talents.Based on the study of higher education laws and regulations,a brief discussion on how college teachers should perform their rights and obligations under the rule of law is conducted.
