摘要
我国《教育法》中规定:教师享有法律规定的权利,亦有履行法律规定的义务。《教师法》也具体规定了教师的权利义务。高校教师是教书育人的特殊职业,是专业人员,其权利义务与其他职业人员不同,有其以下特性:(1)权利与义务的特定型;(2)权利与义务的依据性;(3)权利与义务的不可弃性;(4)权利与义务的统一与交叉性。高校教师正确的权利义务必须在学校的教育教学实践环节、与学生交往互动中,不断建构形成。
China's "Education Law" stipulates that teachers have the rights stipulated by law and also fulfill their obligations under the law. The rights and obligations of teachers are also specified in the teacher law. College teachers are special professions for teaching and educating people. They are professionals. Their rights and obligations are different from those of other professional personnel. They have the following characteristics:(1) specific types of rights and obligations;(2) basis of rights and obligations;(3) the irrevocable nature of rights and obligations;(4) the unity and intersection of rights and obligations. The correct rights and obligations of college teachers must be continuously constructed in the process of education and teaching practice and interaction with students.
