摘要
目的:基于CICARE模式,构建标准化护患沟通场景模板,培养护理实习生临床沟通能力。方法:选取218名某大学附属医院护理实习生为研究对象。基于“CICARE模式”建立标准化沟通场景模板,对护生进行为期6个月的教学干预。采用护理实习生一般资料问卷、护生临床沟通能力测评量表及自行设计的满意度调查问卷进行效果评价。结果:实施CICARE沟通模式后,护生的临床沟通能力、患者满意度及临床教学满意度的评分较干预前均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CICARE模式对护理实习生临床沟通能力的培养具有重要价值,能够有效地提升护生的沟通能力和患者满意度,起到优化护患关系的作用,对提高医疗护理质量具有积极意义。
Objective:To construct scenario template of standardized nurse-patient communication based on CICARE model and cultivate clinical communication ability of nursing interns.Methods:218 nursing interns from affiliated hospital of Yangzhou University were selected as the research objects.A standardized communication scenario template was established based on the"CICARE pattern"to conduct a 6-month teaching intervention for nursing students.The questionnaire for general information of nursing interns,the questionnaire for clinical communication ability of nursing students and the self-designed satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect.Results:After the implementation of CICARE communication mode,the scores of clinical communication ability,patient satisfaction and clinical teaching satisfaction of nursing students were all improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:CICARE model is of great value to the cultivation of clinical communication ability of nursing interns,which can effectively improve the communication ability of nursing students and patient satisfaction,optimize the relationship between nursing students and patients,and has positive significance to improve the quality of medical care.
