摘要
结合金官换流站阀冷系统一起异常渗漏报警信号,通过计算金官换流站膨胀罐液位升降与温度变化关系,结合进阀温度、功率、环境温度、膨胀罐液位曲线及程序展开分析,指出报警原因、逻辑设计缺陷,给出了优化措施,有效避免了异常报警对运检人员的误导,同时也为国内其他直流工程逻辑设计提供借鉴。
Based on the relationship between the level change of the expansion tank and temperature change of JinGuan converter station.the temperature into the valve,the power,the ambient temperature,the liquid level curve and the temperature of the expansion tank analyzed,this paper analyzes what cause the alarm,points out the reasons of the alarm and the defects of the logic design,and finally gives the optimization measures,avoiding the misleading of the abnormal alarm to the inspection personnel,and providing the reference to the other domestic DC engineering logic design at the same time.
