摘要
广东某发电厂双水内冷发电机转子泄漏,复合泄漏难于判断和查找,有可能耽误抢修时间,不及时停机后果不堪设想。本文详细介绍了发电机转子查漏的过程和现象、抢修过程和工期控制,并提出了对应的措施,对转子内冷水方式机组转子泄漏的判断和处理,对于漏点判断和抢修具有一定的参考价值。
Through the leakage of the double-water internal cooling generator rotor of a power plant in Guangdong,the composite leakage is difficult to judge and find.It may delay the repair time,and the consequences of not stopping in time are unimaginable.This paper introduces in detail the process and phenomenon of generator rotor leak detection and repair.Process and schedule control,and corresponding measures are proposed.The judgment and treatment of the rotor leakage of the cold water mode unit in the rotor has certain reference value for the judgment and repair of the leak point.
