摘要
单像素相机测量矩阵易于硬件实现,但对于单像素相机测量矩阵内部元素的改变对重构矩阵性能影响的研究较少.对于该问题,通过改变0-1循环矩阵中1的位置以及行和列的数量,对由基于0-1循环矩阵的重构矩阵优化得到的优化矩阵和近似矩阵进行分析来判断重构矩阵的性能.实验结果表明:基于改变后的0-1循环矩阵得到的重构矩阵、优化矩阵和近似矩阵对稀疏度为8~48的信号的重构能力要比0-1循环矩阵中列数和移位步长都是偶数时提升至少15%.该方法使重构矩阵的重构性能达到了理想的状态.
The measurement matrix of the single-pixel camera is easy to implement in hardware,but there are few studies on the influence of the internal elements of the measurement matrix of the single-pixel camera on the performance of the reconstruction matrix.For this problem,by changing the position of 1 in the 0-1 cycle matrix and the number of rows and columns,the optimization matrix and the approximate matrix obtained by the optimization of the reconstruction matrix based on the 0-1 cycle matrix are analyzed to determine the reconstruction matrix performance.The experimental results show that the reconstruction matrix,optimized matrix and approximate matrix based on the changed 0-1 circulant matrix have better reconstruction ability for signals with sparsity of 8 to 48 than the number of columns and shifts in the 0-1 circulant matrix when the step size is even,the increase is at least 15%.This method makes the reconstruction performance of the reconstruction matrix reach an ideal state.
